Please contact the welfare team if you have any concerns.
The General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) is a qualification that is highly valued by schools, colleges, and employers. The qualification mainly involves studying the theory of a subject, together with some investigative work, while some subjects also involve practical work.
A number of GCSE’s have a compulsory coursework element worth between 20% and 100% of the marks, with the remaining marks coming from exams. This means that most GCSEs will require pupils to sit exams.
You can prepare for your exams by being:
– ready
– responsible and independent
– methodical in your revision
– persistent
– self aware
