Transition coffee mornings
Our 2026 Coffee Event dates will be available to book from 2nd March using the form below
We use a system called Applicaa to collect your child’s details and add them to our database. Most of the letters, information and communications will be sent via Applicaa.
Once we have received notification that your child will be joining us at Kings’, we begin work to add your details to Applicaa and within the first couple of weeks you will receive an email containing login details, so you can create an account to complete the data collection form. Please make sure you check your junk email and add the email address to your safe senders list to ensure you receive any messages.

Data Collection Form
You will receive your login details to complete this via the email address you used to apply for a place at Kings’ by the beginning of April. Deadline for completion is 31st April
Language Preference Form
We offer the opportunity to express what language you would prefer your child studies during their time at Kings’.
Uniform pop-up shop Saturday 12th July
Please click the blue text “register for events” and select a timeslot on this date. Please note this is the only opportunity to buy uniform in person.
